  If you are not familiar with German foods then the menu is very tough to figure out what you are getting. Other than that the beer was good through prices I believe are a bit high but hey your in a tourist area... the food was surprisingly good the wife and I shared a plate which was enough for both of us so portions are pretty good sized.

  This place left a mark on my memory when I visited in August 2009 and I was so anxious to revisit the past week! I love the Spaetzle and my husband is now also a fan! We had dinner on Wednesday night and enjoyed it so much that we returned for lunch on Thursday. I love the atmosphere and the food is excellent! One of Leavenworth's finest gems!

  My wife and I got there at 5 on a Saturday night and had no wait. The service was good and the food was excellent. I highly recommend going here, especially if it's your first time in Leavenworth!

  The sausage sampler plate with three choices is a great deal for $12.99. Great booths for couples. Great live music! All around super Bavarian experience of Leavenworth :) loved it!
